Who We Are

The Power of Preservation Foundation (PoP) is a San Antonio-based nonprofit that demonstrates the economic, social, and environmental impacts of preservation through hands-on, workforce, and community-driven projects. Our coalition of agencies, organizations, neighborhoods, and advocates helps catalyze our work and strengthen our impact.

We are rebuilding our pool of traditional tradespeople through hands-on, climate-focused Learning Labs.

We transform vacant and underutilized spaces to showcase their potential by throwing the best party in town.

We fund hands-on repair projects across the city that combine education and community service.

To date, we’ve helped repair and restore more than 210 homes and train more than 4,500 individuals via our programming and partnerships. Help us sustain our impact by donating today.
